You may have noticed a different layout on my blog today, but I've done this because if I was a reader on my blog, I would get tired of scrolling down along ONE side to just look for something....so this is my attempt at making things easier for you to subscribe/follow me and find the things you're looking for. So I hope that helps!
Also, there are a couple of you who left me some suggestions on the "This Blog is Like..." tab and I really appreciate it!! I have "heard" your words and I will be taking it to heart! So...if you haven't been over there to let me know what YOU think...be sure you leave me a comment!! (I just might make it worth your while if you do!! *hint*) - I'm starting some advice TODAY!! And boy did I have FUN!!
It's Wednesday afternoon and you'd think I'd make a small dent in organizing my craft stuff, but of course I had "other" things on my mind like playing around with an Elisabeth Bell stamp!! I've had this one in my stash for a while and never even used her!
Well, I was SO EXCITED when I found out that it's now available at The Elphine House Australia! Yay!
Here's what I made with this "new" oldie sweet image:
Now if she looks familiar to you, then perhaps you remember her best as an image called "Wind Swept" from Sugar Nellie. Since Elisabeth Bell retired it from there, she's decided to bring it back to life!! Yay! You can NOW purchase this image as Carrie Princess: Thoughtful Breeze from Elphine House Australia! I am thrilled that I was "ahead of the game" on this one!!
I was in a pretty floral pink mood today as you can see! I am also thinking I need to work on my designing floral sprays a bit as it just doesn't seem to have that "spunk" to it like it used to...maybe I need some more flowers in my stash?!! LOL!!
I've used some Stampin' Up! papers from my stash pile and the sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps. I noticed that her little basket was empty, so I decided to fill it up with some pink flower soft. Hope you like!
Here are some challenges that I'd like to play in:
Elphine House Australia - 3, 2, 1 recipe (I used 3 pink rhinestones, 2 pink brads & 1 button)
Sketch Saturday - sketch
Stampavie and More - Sparkling/Glitter
Crafts & Me - roses

Vicki, I think your card is just so and I love all the pink with the brown. Have to tell you I went over to "This Blog is Like... and I read what you said and I like what you said, we have been stopping by each other for sometime now and when you have taken a brake I have missed you but we always seem to get back together and I can not say what kind of cards I like best because I love the verity and I have always liked your choices.
