Right now I'm sure that I'm sleeping in after a long day at my Craft Show from yesterday! LOL!
I've scheduled this to go on as I've made it up ahead of time...
Today, there is a brand new fabulous sketch going on at
Sunday Sketch and Stamp
I hope you will join along because I've been invited to join as a guest using a Digi Garden stamp because they are the sponsor again this week!! So be sure to check out the challenge, enjoy the fabulous inspiration and create with us this week!!
Here's what I've come up with using their sketch:
Oh I just LOVE stars and thought this sketch brought about a "star theme" to it!
I've used this really sweet Emily's Little Star from The Digi Garden and had decided to not really use her as a "Christmas" image where she is found on the store website, but instead with some plum and green colors for a little birthday wish type of creation.
I've used my swirly stars embossing folder, a star rhinestone on the button in the middle of the bow and lots of glitter too! :) I thought the glittery flourish along the side would be a good addition to the theme as well. I even added some pearls at the bottom corners too! I had so much fun coloring in her little striped outfit!
Here are a few other challenges I'd like to fit this into:
Totally Stampalicious - Bling!
Oldie but a Goodie - anything BUT Christmas (used up some papers from stash and buttons/rhinestones)
Penny's Paper-Crafty - anything goes
Charisma Cardz - Keep Your Cool (use cool-type colors)
Cute Card Thursday - Starry, Starry Night
Dutch Dare - Diamonds and Pearls
Moving Along with the Times - Seeing Stars!
Stampavie & More - Swirls & Pearls
