Going Vintage with NEW BLOG CANDY!!!

This time, we would like to see  you "Going Vintage" for this one!

Elisabeth Bell's images are SO FUN to create this type of theme with!!  I even tried out a new technique that I've never done before!  Here's my "Vintage" design:

Isn't she just precious?! (Love the little kitty waiting for someone to answer the door too! LOL!)  This is the Evania Door Bell Chime image from  Elphine House Australia and I thought she would be perfect to try out this monochrome coloring technique with.

I do not know WHY I was so scared to give it a whirl, but it's actually not as intimidating as it might seem.  There are several layers of coloring to go back over...but I've done that with my regular coloring too.  Adding the same colored Vintage News Print papers along with some Vintage type accents made it all come together nicely I think.  I really enjoyed making this one!  The sentiment along with all the seam binding, buttons, papers and black lace are all from Stampin' Up!
